Module 0Start & 0-meting
Ontdek hoe jouw energie en overgangsklachten zich ontwikkelen en zie waar jouw energie weglekt.
Module 1 Bewustwording eetgewoontes
Je leert hoe hormonen en bloedsuiker je energie beïnvloeden tijdens de overgang.
Module 2Bouw je energie fundament
Leer o.a. je maaltijden op te bouwen die je energie gedurende de dag stabiliseren.
Stel je voor dat je energie gedurende de dag weer stabieler voelten je lichaam rustiger reageert op voeding.
Resultaten
Veel vrouwen merken dat hun energie tijdens de overgang minder voorspelbaar wordt.
Door kleine aanpassingen in voeding en structuur kan je lichaam weer rustiger reageren.
Na vier weken ervaren veel deelnemers onder andere:

Antoinette
Antionette van Tilburg werkte jarenlang in de psychiatrie voordat zij haar eigen praktijk startte. Als coach en ervaringsdeskundige begeleidt zij mensen bij herstel, leefstijl en persoonlijke groei.De overgang heeft zij zelf intens ervaren. In dit programma deelt zij haar kennis over voeding en hormonale balans, zodat vrouwen hun lichaam beter begrijpen en ondersteunen tijdens deze fase.

Trudy
Trudy is eigenaar van Puur Lifestyle en bouwde haar expertise in sport, yoga en voedingsbegeleiding. Ze begeleidt vrouwen in het verhogen van fysieke kracht, het versterken van mindset en het terugvinden van duurzame energie. Haar werk brengt je uit overdrive en terug in een lichaam dat meewerkt in plaats van tegenwerkt. Trudy brengt structuur in wat vaak vaag blijft en vertaalt bewustzijn naar dagelijks handelen.

Vera
Vera Peters is ademcoach en trainer in stressregulatie. Zij begeleidt ambitieuze vrouwen die merken dat hun energie en herstel onder druk staan.Binnen Unlock Together helpt zij vrouwen weer beter afstemmen op hun lichaam, zodat energie, rust en herstel weer meer in balans komen.
